Refunds
We at ourselves to serving our customers with the best products. Every single product that you choose is thoroughly inspected,
checked for defects and packaged with utmost care. We do this to ensure that you fall in love with our products.
If you cancel your booking before 15 days of the Date of Tour, We will refund your 100 % of the money.*
If you cancel between 15 days of the Start of the Tour to the date before the Tour will be start, We will refund 50% of the Money.*
If you cancel your Booking in less than 24 hours of the Start of Booking, No refund will be made.
Sadly, there are also times when we may not be available on the day. In that time we will either refund 100% of the money, or we can postponed your date of Tour based on your choice. Also if there is bad weather, We can do the same process as the not available process.
We will revise your returned form as soon as we receive it and if it follows the guidelines addressed above, we will proceed to
issue a refund of your purchase.
Your refund may take a couple of days to process but you will be notified when you receive
your money.
*We are not responsible for Fees deducted by Bank or Payment Method you had used.
